Hart Bakery ** – the original (Frederiksberg) and the latest addition (Holmens)…if the weather is good, head to the second as it is by the harbour. Opened with Richard Hart, former head baker at Tartine.

Silberbauers (https://silberbauers.dk) – newish bistro in the old Manfreds space…predominantly seafood.
Alouette (https://www.restaurantalouette.dk) – only finer dining spot I’ll put on the list. Really delicious and soon to be on “the lists”.
